DO I HAVE TO BE A MEMBER TO SIGN UP FOR THIS PROGRAM?
No, both members and nonmembers are welcome.
IF I AM ALREADY A MEMBER, DO I NEED TO PAY FULL PRICE?
No, you just need to pay $21 for the 2 week trial!
WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO THE GYM AS WELL?
If you are not a member you will only have access to the training sessions. However, if you are already a member or choose to sign up for a membership immediately you will have access to all of our equipment.
WILL I BE MEETING ONE-ON-ONE WITH MY COACH?
At first. However the program is set up for small group training meaning your session will include other people. Yet, all of the programs can and will be scaled to you (the individual)!
WHAT KIND OF EXERCISES WILL WE BE DOING?
On Mondays and Wednesdays we do strength training and on Tuesdays and Thursdays we do metabolic conditioning. We also do metabolic conditioning at the end of our strength training sessions
I'M OUT OF SHAPE AND HAVE NEVER DONE ANYTHING LIKE THIS. WILL I BE ABLE TO DO THE PROGRAM?
Yes, we have modifications for every exercise and we can properly scale each workout to your fitness level.
WHAT IF I HAVE TO MISS SOME DAYS?
We know that you have a life outside of the club and understand if you have to miss sometimes. We do get the best results when people attend more sessions, of course. However we have many people who get results from coming 1 or 2 times per week. Of course you will need to adjust your expectations accordingly.
WHAT ELSE IS INCLUDED?
You will receive our fitness journal and we will give you help at most sessions, and personally, on how to eat better. All sessions are led by a coach so you don't have to figure anything out on your own in the gym!
